We're here to assist you in achieving both your short-term and long-term goals via one on one correspondence. The design of the program allows all members to feel comfortable, heard and well looked after.
MONTHLY INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PLAN: $200
While we'd love to make all training programs free to see you reach your full potential, we've found that by even adding a small fee encourages members to feel accountable and more inclined to stick to the plan.
Our approach is that programs are unique and can be molded to follow your busy schedule. Constant feedback and open lines of communication enables us to refine your needs and help provide better direction. With his significant history in endurance sports, gym and nutrition; Eddie can help you achieve your goals and give you access to a wealth of knowledge and experience.
